Implement a time-limited innovation initiative. During the sprint, cross-functional teams work intensively on innovative projects, aiming to achieve rapid results and generate innovative breakthroughs.

Conduct a series of learning sessions and workshops under the "ZANKO Learning Series". These sessions can cover various innovation-related topics, including design thinking, emerging technologies, and disruptive trends.
